Directv Customer Care Review
I have had to get someone out so many times with problems on our Direct TV. If this doesn't get handled correctly this time I will be changing to Time Warner.
Short Review on June 12, 2016
Avoid it. Biggest issue is it is NOT safe. Always goes out when severe weather approaches and you have no way to track a storm path or get live updates, warnings etc. Found them to be liars. Was recommended by AT&T. As soon as Time Warner becomes available will likely eat a large termination fee to be rid of these %$#@@$^&$$
Directv Tv Channel Review
Direct tv cancelled cbs when they were in negotiations with cbs. How can you do that to customers and then charge them extra for channels.It is football season you screwed the customer they were supposed to have til November 1st. I guess its time to look for another cable provider.
