I decided to get a directtv at&t tv and internet bundle when my husband and I separated. I was told my tv would be $45.00 per month and internet would be $65.00 per month.

Well I was charged an initial fee of $107.00 to get the service installed. I had autopay set up. I then was charged over the next 2 and a half months $490.00. I had the most basic low tier tv package and high-speed internet.

I then received a bill for $267.00 for less than 1 month of service. I never could get a straight answer as to why I had a bill that was nearly 4 times as much as what I had contracted for to being with. I also had lousy reception and didn't have a working receiver for the 1st month. I've had enough of this.

I stopped my autopay and I have demanded a paper bill. These folks don't know what they are doing or maybe they do and just don't care how much they rip people off.
