I ordered direct tv and the lady I spoke to when setting up the service was very nice. I confirmed the appointment online and through the automated system twice when they called.
I actually took off a day at work in order to be home because they advised me that the installer would be here from 12-4. The installer never showed! When I called the rep asked me why didnt I call to see where he was. I dont work for Direct TV!And as a consumer I dont keep up with their employees.
I cancelld service and asked for my funds back.
The representative was very nasty and did not even apologize for the companys employee that did not show. I would like to let the VP know that I missed a days pay for this and still have not gotten a call back apologizing for the mistake.
