I ordered direct tv and the lady I spoke to when setting up the service was very nice.I confirmed the appointment online and through the automated system twice when they called.

I actually took off a day at work in order to be home because they advised me that the installer would be here from 12-4. The installer never showed! When I called the rep asked me why didnt I call to see where he was. I dont work for Direct TV!And as a consumer I dont keep up with their employees.

I cancelld service and asked for my funds back.

The representative was very nasty and did not even apologize for the companys employee that did not show.I would like to let the VP know that I missed a days pay for this and still have not gotten a call back apologizing for the mistake.
