We were suppose to get a $300.00 gift card for signing up for direct TV and a month later we still have not received it and it was being sent in two weeks, what did it do take the slow boat around the world to get here. There are no phone numbers to call anyone or is there a web site that you can get to question the situation I guess that way they do not have to deal with it. It dose not make a person want to recommend Direct TV.
