On or about July 21 i Clement O. Riley ordered Direct T.V.

services. Upon the technician arriving at my residence he discovered it was going to be difficult to establish a line of sight for the dish. After determining this was the case, I immediately called Direct T.V. to cancell my order in which I had to deposit $221.55 , this amount was taken from my checking account.

I've been trying to get my money returned to every since then. Can some one out there tell me what my options are?
