Direct TV wanted me to upgrade some of my older equipment. I have been a customer for 13 years.

I agreed. They showed up to change the receivers the first time and put up a new HD Dish, and only brought 6 of the 9 required receivers. Took all 9 of my old ones but only replaced 6. Then they left without leaving new remotes and took my old ones, leaving me with nothing.

They finally sent me 6 replacement remotes 3 days later...They keep rescheduling due to every excuse in the book. Today, they canceled for the 5th time. I have missed 5 days of work. They want to give me $100 credit for my trouble.

I told them to keep it.

Think I'm gonna try another provider. Direct TV has the absolute worst customer service since AT & *** T took over. I have contacted my attorney to go after them for missed wages.

I hate to see how they treat a new customer if they treat me this way after being a customer for 13 years. ***

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
