Im a customer of direct tv for 13 years and now I am very disgusted with them. I called because my bill went high her from one to another.
The customer service representative named Ember, (who is probably on the other side of the world) said he will help lower my bill , so he said he will take off some channels, and specifically told him not to remove any sports channels, or national geography, and thats the first thing he did. I called back and they tell me the package I had was no longer available, to get all channels back I will end up paying more then the last bill I received which was higher then the previous one. Im done with Direct tv, their customer service is horrible and they all trained to manipulate people to get into more expensive packages.
Im working on getting another company more reliable. Att, should take better care of their customer if they want to be around longer.
