In march I stopped service with Direct TV after I had met my contractual obligations. when I cancelled they owed me $50 for unused service.
They then informed me that they had been over billing me for months for a total of $250.37. I have called twice and e-mailed three times. Each time I call I am given promises that the check will be sent out after wasting 30 minutes of each call.
The e-mails don't ever get responded to10 WEEKS i have waited for my refund. I wonder what would happen if I was 10 weeks late on my bill, I bet I wouldn't be watching TV
