This company has recently robbed my grandmothers bank account for a grand total of 700 some dollars. She authorized a ONE TIME use for 20.00 they then proceeded to take out the authorized 20.00 and then turned around and took out an unauthorized 100.00 We got her bank statement and faxed them over and they were suppose to put the money back in her bank account.

That never happened. I have been calling and the have given me multiple excuses for what the extra hundred was taken out for. I told them we would not pay our bill until they returned the money. They then sent us a box to return our recievers and sent us another bill for 230.00 My grandma went to the bank today and they took out another 600 some dollars UNAUTHORIZED so I called and they told me to fax her account over again.

I told them to put me on with the CEO of the company or we are going to the news.

They refused to do so. So I hope they know just what they are in for!!
