Iam a new customer who signed up for direct tv. What sold me was the hype of on demand as a fed up comcast customer i saw that as a plus.

Then when the time came that i wanted to watch a movie it did not work. I called cust.

service and was told it was considered a feature and i had to spend more money to have it linked to my internet and had to pay extra for it. Supervisor blamed me for not knowing and threatend to turn off service and still make me pay for 2yr contract.

Monetary Loss: $50.
