Worst cable company ever! Horrible customer service, don’t honor appointments, quoted pricing and then when you call to complain they give you an address that you can write a letter to file a grievance!

Save your money and avoid the headache... use another cable company!!!

Unfortunately if you’re not an AT&T customer DirecTV doesn’t have much motivation to give you good deals. Ever since the buyout happened it’s been this way. Depending on your region AT&T coverage may not be good so it’s nit always an option Give us a call to see what package works best for you 480-819-9991
