After a work related injury money got tight. I talked to customer "no" service and they granted me a 10 grace period to pay my past due balance, 2 days later service was shut off!

when calling them back to complain they said the lady i spoke with didn't exist (naturally) and although there was a 10 day period in the system they refused to turn service back on until my complete bill was paid in full. This company is a joke.

NEVER again will they receive another penny from me. i strongly urge anybody to think long and hard before even considering directv.

Apparently they weren't receiving pennies from you. If you can't pay your TV bill maybe you should be less worried about having TV service and more worried about fixing your financial situation.
