Not resolved

I've been with Direct TV for 5 years paying the same way, we get paid bi-weekly so pay accordingly.Never missed a payment.

To my surprise I open our bill to see that we owe 159$ plus dollars. We call them, I ask did I miss a payment or forget a month, they say no. When I asked why I am being charged double, they say it is because I am 2 days late! She went into a long diatribe about how this affects the monthly payment, neither myself nor my husband understood what she was saying, how being 2 days late could account for a double payment so finally she accused us of 'deliberatly' not understanding her, and hung up on us.

We sent in the entire amount of money, they shut us off!I am waiting to see if they are now going to charge us a cancellation fee....
