Directv - Two to Three hours to speak with a supervisor
When calling, I am on hold for too long and then when i get to speak with someone it is always someone that do not speak english and the men there are the worst.They are not patient at all.
I was told when I wanted to speak with a supervisor that the wait time would be 2 to 3 hrs. This is much a lie and then he hung up. Well you are not that great that you treat people that way.
I never got to speak with a supervisor even when I call back.This is too much.
