I canceled my phone with Att because my internet seldom worked slow lagging. At this time I requested out of autopay setup payments on at&t web site also reminder by email and hard copy.

Today I get a notice that I am overdrawn. Direct without my permission withdrawn money out of an account I am closing out. Now I have overdrawn penalties. Called Direct they said sorry we can see where we had a miss communication but what you can do is call your bank and tell them you did not authorize this transaction.

You had no permission to withdraw funds from my bank! Your mistake you fix it. Sorry we can't.

Its a crime ..

Sorry... I canceled my service and will be filing complaints with BBB consumer affairs and with the Kansas state attorney general's office.
