I've been trying to cancel my Direct TV service online and by calling their so called customer service. When I have called to cancel I get a person in another country who is hard, if not impossible to understand and they give you the run around when you ask how to accomplish this simple task.
I was a Direct TV customer for several years and have always paid my bill on time, I moved to another state an am unable to continue my service. I just want to cancel.
Direct TV should at least have customer service representatives who live in the USA for customers who live in the USA so communication is not so difficult.
