Had to call Directv 4 time and get very upset during the last call to get them to understand to cancel there services, they use very evasive techniques to give people to go around. Was told they couldn't find account number, it would be shut off, miscommunications, the list just goes on, and on Was told on 2 separate calls that the return boxes would be sent, kept getting bounced from person to person saying that they would handle the cancellation, would almost whisper into phone so as not to be heard when asked to speak up would get transferred again just to go thru the same spiel all over again, just plain BS
