I called on 7/27/17 and spoke with Christian about my directv account being billed for the month of July. I called 6/10/17 to suspend my account as of the second week in July.
I have not been at 109 N Ave I apt 2 Portales NM 88130 since 6/8/17. I was on the phone 26 minutes with Christian who had background noise during the whole conversation like a party was going on, after the call he did not disconnect and starting singing a song, I finally disconnected. My account number is 17255331 I was given an order #271607741 and confirmation #8883557530. I was disappointed in the manner my issue was dealt with.
I would like to verify that my account has been suspended for 6 months as I do not trust Christian did his job properly. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org and my name has always been spelled incorrect on this account in which I did actually change it at an earlier date.
