I called a technical support representative to complain. Suddenly the Directv remote no longer would turn on/off up/down the TV volume but all other features workd.
He told me I would have to purchase another remote. I had four other remotes -- all did the same. He said program all the codes according to the menu. I did.
No resolution. He said a technician would come out but it would cost me money. He couldn't tell me any other troubleshooting techniques and was very rude about it. I even got my TV remote controller out and use it.
It works off and on.
Has anyone else had problems like this? HELP!
