I disconnected my service from Directv and they proceeded to bill me for 10 days after service was disconnected. They then issued a refund to the third party phone company that I was bundled with instead of sending it directly to me, with who I had a contract with.
I have filed complaints with the BBB and FCC (both of which do nothing to help). I have been in contact with Daniel Pankowski at Directv/AT & T who absolutely refuses to refund me and told me to call the phone company. He laughed at my situation and basically told me its not his problem. He is a very rude and condescending person.
I asked to speak to someone else to help me and he flat out refused and laughed again.
He acts like this is a joke when dealing with customers and it's not. Instead of trying to resolve the issue and find a solution to getting my refund he just laughed and then hung up.
