There are two things I'm unhappy about: 1. The "geniuses" decided that it would be a good idea to change the guide...So they did, and now it is harder to read the guide especially if your eyes are not very good (age problems) I've "chatted" with their reps, and all they can tell me is that "they're working on it and will fix it" but there's no set date when that will happen.

2. Now I see that the Pandora app, which we can use with our tv, only plays one song, then quits. You have to get out of it, get back in it, and it will play one more song...ONE!

Repeat process...

I wrote a letter (regular mail) to their corporate office and I got a very nice phone call...Guess what I was told? See above...
