We were looking to get DirectTV installed and we were schelduled Mon. from 12-4 ,took time off of work and they were a no show they didn't have the boxes.

Then we were re-schelduled for Sat. and they still didn't have the boxes. Why would they re-scheldule us a week later and still not have the boxes. They are a big company and they should have that material and they should be willing to work with us and not try to rescheldule us for another day thinking that's going to fix the problem.

They messed up twice and they should be willing to do anything to keep us as customers. The way we were treated is very poor customer service
