I called to pay my bills and kept being hung up on. Do they not want my money??

What kind of company is this?? Seriously... Each time i called I had to go through the same prompt over and over. Each time I told them I would pay off my transaction the representative would put me on hold then ask me for my phone number in case we get disconnected and would call me back.

Each time the call would be dropped and no one would call me back. In addition I have full bars on my phone! So I am getting aggravated in trying to pay them. The reason I am not doing it online is I also wanted to talk to them about adjusting my channel plans.

So that is why I am trying to pay them over the phone and not going online. I guess I will have to go online and pay them and just freaking cancel!
