I am appalled with the customer service that Direct TV provides. How they are still in business is beyond me!!

If DTV is not listening to the customer, then eventually they will fail. Customer's will not tolerate this.

With many customers providing constructive feedback, DTV can act on this, and become a great service provider, providing they LISTEN AND ACT NOW.

Customer service is everything DTV, so start working with us. You can not continue to ignore what we say.

Make your terms correct, do NOT just add something without your customers authorization, train your staff to be professional (NOT CONSISTANTLY RUDE) and finally, make sure you help!!

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

I didn't like: Lack of service.
