Basically stealing our hard earned money and hiding behind the pretense that they can't allow us to cancel our service u til end of month that way they can say they provided us with service.
Unable to watch 2 shows we record and waited a week before we cancelled service, now we are 5 days late from the start of our billing cycle and billing says they can prorate the bill but customer service says no and even though we are not geing what we pay for, they will soak us for another 104 bucks before allowing us to terminate.
Never would I ever go back after service we recieved, they even hung up on us twice because they could come up with a logical answer as to why we are forced to remain for another27 days.
Sad how these companies treat people.
