Frequently drops the Internet connect for Directv "on demand."
on demand only seems to want to record, not play, programs
reset performed by "customer service"...now some of my channel are
disconnect to dial tone while waiting for "customer service"
Directv web site is largely useless...most links are not hot
call a number that indicates 24 hour access, only to find they are closed

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
