I was on the phone for 45 Minutes with 2 Different Agents , One couldn't speak very good English and I couldn't understand him and the 2nd. Lady kept giving the run around.
I ask for new Remotes because mine was slow responding and I told her what was happening even with new Batteries.
I have been with Direct TV for I think 8 years and I am a 100% Disabled war Veteran , I have to try to get Special Pricing , but no one seems to care.
I am about ready to go to DISH TV , or Cox because they have some GREAT Specials that could save me MONEY .
I have been satisfied with DIRECT TV but the service has been below Expectation for what I have been paying. I am 72 years and my wife and I enjoy TV but we can get the same Channels for a lot LESS. Sorry for Complaining but no one will know unless someone says something.
