i got direct tv march 4th 2016 march 9th the service quits working march 13th repair man comes puts wholes in my livingroom wall cuts all my wires outside even hughesnet internet punches the walls kicks the tires on the work van yells *** this *** and leaves no tv no internet all spring break and im a mom of 6 2 weeks 3 repair men later still no working tv switched to twc yesterday out of the blue ditect tv drafted $483 out of my account leaving me without a dollar stating im in collections for $1200 please help a mom of 6 who now is dead broke due to direct tv plus out repairing the holes in my wall no service and they think i should pay for that kinda treatment heck i didnt even get dinner and a movie first
