Ordered Direct TV for an apartment in Seattle area. I waited all day for a tech to show up, and only got info after calling direct TV multiple times.

When technician arrived, he took a quick look at apartment, and decided he could not install the dish. It was late. He didn't want to work. There are dozens of Direct TV dishes in the apartment complex, but this tech decided he didn't want to install it.

Contacted tech's supervisor. Shrugged shoulders and said she could not do anything about it. I have been a long-time Direct TV customer, but no longer and never again. Don't advertise it if you can't provide it.I had to rescind deposits for both internet and sat.

Took more than a week to refund my deposit. I'm not a big fan of cable,
