Directv - Wanting to charge for seeing why my service is bad
i pay over 100.00 a month for direct tv and they disregarded my complaint due to wanting to charge 50.more dollars to check out what the problems are.what happened to satisfying the customer?
everytime it rains, snows or is windy the tv goes blank/or screen is scrambled and audio lost. and even when weather is good this has happened. but they wont come check it unless i pay them to. i would never recommend direct tv.
comcast checks their service or they use to.im switching back as soon as i get the money...thanks for the posting.
