Directv - Was suppose to come hook up new systen and left me hanging two weeks in a row
WE have had a account with you for over 10 years.we were trying to install new system for our new high definition tv .
Two weeks in a row after we took off from work at the last minute we were told that you did not have the equipment.Being as big of a company as your are why would you not have the equipment and if you didnt have it then why make apppointments for us. We were also told the the service man called us at 6;30 that morning but we never recieved any phone call and it was not on our caller id on phone or tv. The company acted like our time was not important. My husband now wants to go to another satellite system because of your rudness and the fact no one seems to care.We never recieved a apology or anything else.
we were treated as if our account there and our time was not important.
