How is it fair that Directv can harass me in every store we shop, even the stores we have to pay to shop at, but they expect me to sit on hold for an hour every time I call? Not to mention, the service is terrible.

If the wind blows, tv is out. My cheap laptop boots up faster than the tv does. And as far as dvr goes, that's terrible too. The beginning of the show will not record, and half the time, it cuts out way before the end.

And then there's the price. It is NOT competitive with other companies, especially given the poor service and lack of customer care. Worst contract I ever signed.

Never again! I am going with cable when my contract runs out.

Preferred solution: I wish I could just cut free of my contract and move on with my life..

I liked: Promotion for free boxes for other rooms.

I didn't like: Customer service, Harassment in shops, Does not work in less than pristine weather conditions, Long contract, Ridiculous price for such poor service.
