Directv - Wasted my time with erroneous message
I was watching a Kansas basketball game on ESPNU.I changed channels on a commercial break, and when I returned to ESPNU, a message informed me that I was not subscribed to that channel.
I called Direct TV, ext.721, and went throught the reset procedures to no avail, and then asked for customer service. I told the service rep what happened, she checked and assured me that I was subscribed, and tried to correct it, to no avail.was transferred to tech support, who said it was blacked out due to lacal broadcast.
Why not just say that to begin with?1/2 hour wasted
