Since AT&T took over it has gotten significantly worse.Periodically the screen breaks up when there is no bad weather condition.

More importantly the promotional credits once distributed liberally each month by customer service to reward loyal customers and bring down the exponentially rising bills has now disappeared. It's all about AT&T making a profit. Maybe years ago there weren't too many choices.

Now there is cable, internet, DISH, Netflix and many other options that don't require DirecTV's dish and exorbitant prices.Hopefully, the powers that be in the white towers will come to realize before it's too late that without the customer there is no business.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss pricing issue of directv premier package. Directv needs to issue a partial refund according to poster's claims.
