The new menu hasn't improved anything. It has made the menu more confusing and the smaller print doesn't help.

One of my prime complaints is you did away with the Call ID Log. First when we get a call we like to see who it is. If we don't get to the TV quickly the notification disappears and there is no way to retrieve it. Withe Caller Log you could see who is a nuisance and/or get a chance to get the number to call back.

I can't imagine what you had in mind when you changed the menu in the first place not what you thought you would gain or what focus group you used to validate it.

If it's not broke don't fix it just to give your IT people something to do.

I agree 1000%! I don't know what no-brain crew came up with the pile of terrible changes that were made, but if they worked for me, the second I saw all of these screw-ups, they wouldn't anymore.

P.S. I probably wouldn't be able to see everything, because the font was so darn small!
