When I called Direct TV about losing the channels they said best they could do was credit account $5.00 for 2 months... Of the channels taken away I watch at least 10 or more of the channels on a regualar basis..
Seriously what is $5.00 when you charge me a $100 a month... This is a slap in the face. I think they could give us a couple months free for all the mess they caused and not giving any noticed.
We are tied into contracts to cancel them.. They could have at least let us break contracts with no pay out.
