I don't see it in the service, I don't see it in the quality, and I sure don't see it in the value. DTV continues to charge more for less.
The only benefits are to new customers... then the value drops, the channels drop, the quality diminishes, and the service cares less. When you attempt to address them on your concerns, they will only offer apologies and improvements at increased rates to the consumer. Where's the commitment to satifaction to the existing loyal customers?
I will continue to share these facts with anyone mentioning t.v. service providers, and discourage them from switching to DirectTV.
