Directv - Who's responsibility is it to negotiate ?
I select my provider (Directv).
I pay the fees.
I lose programming.
I lose remote control functions.
I read the reasons Directv can't perform.
It has never been my responsibility to negotiate on behalf of a service provider.
Is my loss a result of the Tribune management or Directv? I DON'T care. The only company I have a relationship with is Directv. IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE PROGRAMMING FOR MY PLEASURE. I'm not sure if we can maintain a civil relationship much longer.
My only recourse is to vote with my dollars and decide if Directv is worthy of my subscription.
