What is the bill for that I received after returning your equipment? Why do I owe $15.48 for?

I changed companies due to lack of service from DirecTV. I did not get the services that I was promised nor did I like the quality of the services I did get. Every time the skies got cloudy so did our TV. There was never reimbursement for services lost.

The channel selections were redundant and most times incorrectly posted. I would not recommend DirecTV to any of my friends.

My neighbor and friend also will be cancelling his services very soon.
