I have had nothing but problems keeping my billing straight and have so much time on the phone getting the run -around

that I would like warn others. They don't offer their regular customers all the new specials and when you call to

discuss problems the call center wont' connect you with supervisors! I had a couple good ones who got over ridden by the next one! SERVICE IS JUST TERRIBLE!!!!! PACKAGES ARE TOO

EXPENSIVE AND DON'T INCLUDE MUCH UNLESS YOU ARE A CHILD!!

AND IF YOU CALL IN, THEY AUTOMATICALLY EXTEND YOUR CONTRACT TIME! You cannot win with direct and I am telling all my co-workers and friends so they can get out too asap.

Monetary Loss: $500.

I bought a new Chevy last year they came out with a new model this year how messed up is it they won't give me the new features without buying them, maybe you should stop crying about decisions YOU made, now as far as I know we are not sending people out to hold a gun to peoples head to signup for service you go right ahead and tell your co-workers hopefully they will realize what a liar and how childish your being BTW: contracts are only extended when you upgrade equipment maybe you should dial back the BS and maybe get your problem solved
