I have had nothing but problems keeping my billing straight and have so much time on the phone getting the run -around
that I would like warn others. They don't offer their regular customers all the new specials and when you call to
discuss problems the call center wont' connect you with supervisors! I had a couple good ones who got over ridden by the next one! SERVICE IS JUST TERRIBLE!!!!! PACKAGES ARE TOO
EXPENSIVE AND DON'T INCLUDE MUCH UNLESS YOU ARE A CHILD!!
AND IF YOU CALL IN, THEY AUTOMATICALLY EXTEND YOUR CONTRACT TIME! You cannot win with direct and I am telling all my co-workers and friends so they can get out too asap.
