I had to move-direct tv said I had to either cancel service for $220 or pay full price when it wasn't being used so we cancelled. The next they called and were willing to work with us so we scheduled an installation.

They also said the $220 would be refunded at installation. The technician was unable to install. I called direct tv and they said they could not refund because I had lost all my "loyalty points and incentives" when I cancelled.

I was never told about these points and incentives. I was under the impression that if direct tv could not install-it was their problem.
