On October 19, 2011 at approximately 3:15 my satellite dish started losing its signal.I talked with a Representative and I was walked through step after step.

The end result, I don't have any service. I guess if your satellite is not getting a signal, DirecTv doesn't feel that is of urgency but will put you on the calendar for Friday, October 21, 2011 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. I'm sorry but in my opinion I would like to have my service now.

I have been a valued customer for many years, I have talked family and friends to try your service but lately I have been extremely frustrated with the service.

There's no bad weather, just a little wind but not enough to lose service.I want this issue rectified asap and no more excuses.
