direct tv took $409.00 out of my account without any; warning. no bill, no phone call, nothing.

i tried calling to find out why and how they charged my account. i was dissconnected 4 times over 4hours waiting to talk to a surperviser. they only answer i received was sorry and the bill is in the mail.

warnning if u have ever paid with any card i would cancel it, they will find a reason to bill you and you will not be informed. after this incient took place i went to bbb and found out there is over 45,000 complaints and they r rated F.

They took $221.35 out of my account after i cancelled my order. Now they are telling me it will be 60-65 days before i can get refund. They are crooks.
