I talked to an agent Tuesday to get extension to pay make a payment on my bill. The guy said he talked to suprvisor and SUPERVISOR said yes make payment of 106.00 by 23rd of September and i asked him twice ok and there will be no service interruption and i was assured both times no inrerruption.
yesterday cable interrupted. Said another bill had come due in the meantime. If i had been told that i would have paid the 106.00. I said well ok i will pay the 106.00 to have cable cut back on.
They said no that was yesterday cant do today now we need 217.00. This is the shottiest bunch of crap u can accept 106.00 one day but not the next. And i had to call 4 times and talk to rude peope and was put on for at 40 minutes each time to supposedly talk to a supervisor bu never was connected to one.
I was lied to reatedly. Very horrible people.
