Every single day at least 3x per day all of the system servers go down. Every day whatever show is being watched will stop/go mute/cut off or some such irritating thing.

If you don't have their most expensive package (because only rich people can afford it), you have to pay for them to come and fix the problems.

I had xfinity for awhile; the only thing it did every day was to kick you off the tv so it could update the system. Apparently it doesn't have the most up-to-date technology. But that's nothing compared to this directv crap.

How many more billions in profits are these companies going to make while they screw their customers and pay the rule makers so that deregulation is again impossible.

DIRECTV - you suck big time.
