Directtv's service is so bad they cant even get their new customers installation done without *** them off so bad they cancel the order. We tried to get our installation done for almost a month.

They work with subcontractors that will not even return your phone call,including the owner of the company. Called 3 different people for 2 weeks without even a return call. All 3 phones went directly to voice mail any time of day.When you call Directtv's customer service department and ask for a supervisor they put you on hold for 10 mins. and then come back and say they are transfering you now.

Guess what you get voice mail. No surprise that the supervisor doesnt want to talk to you.
