In the past year I have spent over 15 hours on the phone with directv going through endless transfers and providing the same information with each transfer. In the end nothing is usually resolved and the call is ended out of frustration.

It took 6 months for my bills with AT&T to be combined and for me to receive a discount for having bundled services, no credit was offered for the error.

I was promised $400 in Visa gift cards which I never received and conveniently they have no record of such and say they have no record of my documentation. In the past month I have spent nearly 3 hours on the phone with directv being transferred a total of 10 times and each time the person I am transferred to has no idea I was speaking with someone before them.

Product or Service Mentioned: Directv Customer Care.

Reason of review: Pricing, cancellation, customer service, service.

Monetary Loss: $700.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Life before directv.

I didn't like: Anything about them, Did not honor guarantee, Talking to customer services in india, Difficult to understand customer service, Did not honor visa gift card offer.
