I transfered service to my lake house

But want billing billed to a different

Address i talk to customer service they

Still did not fix billing i talk to 3 different

Managers still did not fix billing

I am 2 hrs away from my lake house

And bill still go up there and not here

Where i live i talk to bout 7 people

And they can not get it right poor customer

Service i have ever had i would like to

Talk to someone high up that will fix this

For the last time directv guess does not

Neet loyal customers

Easy fix - sign up for paperless billing.It comes to your email so you'll get it wherever you are.

You can print as many copies as you want and always have them available.Duh.
