Directv - Worst customer service ever
my husband and I moved into a new development where direct tv was one of 2 options we had for cable unfortunately we chose direct tv. Since installation we have spent numerous hours on the phone with them and we get a different story every time we talk to them regarding channels we were promised to get and don't.
We asked about just cancelling our service and they want to charge us $460 because we have had it a week. They fail to help us out in any way and they are even talking rudely to us on the phone when we explain our issues and concerns.
Do yourself a favor and do not get this service it is the worst out there!!!
