I've had Direct TV for about 9 months now. Used to have it about 4 years ago and loved it so I decided to go back. In the 9 months I've had Direct TV I've had a technician out 8 times, number 9 will be here Monday. It's one thing after another. Freezing screens, blacking out during a show, no sound, and the major issue is that it will koto stay connected to the internet. The last tech that came out basically reset up the whole system he said whoever installed it used old equipment and didn't prep it for our cold Colorado weather. However still no internet connection which means I cannot watch on demand, search for anything, etc

You call them and it's always the same thing......unplug... ...bla bla bla...... I am stuck with them for another year but tempted to call whomever would regulate this issue and see if I can get out sooner. It's such a pain in the butt and everyone at my house complains to me and gets upset like its my fault.

Now when I call for repair I refuse to unplug..... Look at my record.... It's an ongoing issue.

Can't wait to be rid of them!
